ReadySetEvent Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ReadySetEvent, an application developed by Evergreen Pixels.
By using ReadySetEvent, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of ReadySetEvent
ReadySetEvent is an event planning and organizational tool. It allows users to organize event information, planning details, tasks, timelines, contacts, files, photos, and related information.
ReadySetEvent does not guarantee that an event will be successfully planned, operated, completed, or compliant with any legal, safety, licensing, contractual, or regulatory requirement.
You remain responsible for decisions made in connection with your events.
2. User Content
You are responsible for information you enter, upload, store, or share through ReadySetEvent.
You should only enter or share information that you have permission to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that confidential, personal, vendor, employee, attendee, or other sensitive information is shared only with appropriate people.
3. Event Collaboration
ReadySetEvent may allow events to be shared with other users through Apple’s CloudKit sharing features.
When you invite collaborators, those users may be able to view or modify shared event information depending on the permissions provided.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate collaborators and permissions.
Removing access or changing permissions may be subject to Apple’s CloudKit behavior and synchronization timing.
4. iCloud and Apple Services
Some ReadySetEvent features rely on Apple services, including iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, Contacts, Notifications, Maps, and other iOS functionality.
Availability and operation of these services are controlled by Apple and may be affected by network availability, Apple account settings, service outages, device configuration, or changes made by Apple.
Evergreen Pixels is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services.
5. Premium Features
ReadySetEvent may provide optional Premium features through an Apple In-App Purchase.
The availability, price, and purchase process for Premium features are handled through Apple’s App Store.
Purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Where ReadySetEvent offers a lifetime Premium purchase, “lifetime” refers to access to the applicable ReadySetEvent Premium features for as long as those features and the ReadySetEvent application remain available and supported.
6. Notifications and Reminders
ReadySetEvent may provide reminders and notifications as an organizational convenience.
You should not rely on ReadySetEvent notifications as the sole method of remembering critical deadlines, safety requirements, contractual obligations, travel arrangements, staffing requirements, or other time-sensitive responsibilities.
Notification delivery may be affected by device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, Focus modes, battery conditions, or other factors outside Evergreen Pixels’ control.
7. Contacts, Files, and Attachments
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to store or share contact information, files, photographs, documents, and other materials added to ReadySetEvent.
Do not use ReadySetEvent to store or distribute unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use ReadySetEvent to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- distribute malicious software or harmful content
- interfere with the operation of the application or related services
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person’s data or account
9. Availability
Evergreen Pixels may update, modify, add, or remove ReadySetEvent features over time.
The application may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, Apple service interruptions, or technical issues.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReadySetEvent is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Evergreen Pixels does not guarantee that ReadySetEvent will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event or purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evergreen Pixels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use ReadySetEvent.
This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from missed tasks or reminders, event disruptions, lost data, synchronization issues, collaborator actions, third-party service failures, or reliance on information stored in the application.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as ReadySetEvent changes. Continued use of ReadySetEvent after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

ReadySetEvent Privacy Policy

ReadySetEvent is developed by Evergreen Pixels. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ReadySetEvent application.
Information You Enter Into ReadySetEvent
ReadySetEvent allows you to create and manage event-related information, including event names, dates, locations, attendance estimates, planning details, tasks, timelines, contacts, vendor information, notes, files, photos, and other information you choose to enter.
This information is used only to provide the features of the app.
iCloud and CloudKit
ReadySetEvent uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and synchronize event information between your Apple devices and, when you choose to share an event, with invited collaborators.
Data stored through CloudKit is associated with your Apple account and is handled according to Apple’s privacy and security practices.
Evergreen Pixels does not operate a separate server containing your ReadySetEvent event data.
When you share an event with another person, information contained in that event may be visible to collaborators based on the permissions you grant them.
Contacts
ReadySetEvent may request access to your device Contacts.
Contacts access may be used to:
- save event contacts to your device
- help detect possible duplicate contacts
- allow you to select or work with contacts in connection with an event
ReadySetEvent does not upload your device Contacts to Evergreen Pixels.
If you grant Limited Contacts access, some contact-related features such as duplicate detection may only work with the contacts you have permitted ReadySetEvent to access.
Notifications
ReadySetEvent may request permission to send local notifications for event reminders, task reminders, and Run of Show or timeline reminders.
Notifications are scheduled on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in ReadySetEvent or through the iOS Settings app.
Location and Maps
ReadySetEvent may use location-related functionality to assist with event locations and map features.
Location permission is only requested when a feature requires it. ReadySetEvent does not continuously track your location.
You can change location permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Files and Photos
ReadySetEvent allows you to attach files and photos to events.
Files and photos you choose to add may be stored with your event information and may synchronize through iCloud where applicable. If an event is shared, collaborators with appropriate access may be able to view shared event attachments.
Purchases
ReadySetEvent may offer optional Premium features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Evergreen Pixels does not receive or store your payment card information.
Apple may provide ReadySetEvent with information necessary to determine whether Premium features have been purchased or restored.
Information Collected by Evergreen Pixels
ReadySetEvent is designed so that event information is stored locally and/or through Apple’s services rather than on servers operated by Evergreen Pixels.
Evergreen Pixels does not sell your personal information.
If you contact Evergreen Pixels for support, information you provide in the support request may be used to respond to your inquiry.
Third-Party Services
ReadySetEvent relies on Apple services that may include:
- iCloud
- CloudKit
- StoreKit
- Contacts
- User Notifications
- Maps and location services
Use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
Data Deletion
You may delete events, templates, contacts, files, and other information from within ReadySetEvent where deletion functionality is available.
Information synchronized through iCloud may also be removed from connected devices according to Apple’s synchronization behavior.
Deleting ReadySetEvent from a device does not necessarily delete information stored in your iCloud account.
Children
ReadySetEvent is not specifically directed toward children under 13 and is intended as an event planning and organizational tool.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Evergreen Pixels may update this Privacy Policy as ReadySetEvent evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
