1. No Data Collection
Replay Studio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
- We do not track usage or user behavior
- We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs
- We do not sell, share, or disclose any user data
2. Audio Recording (Microphone Access)
Replay Studio requests access to your device’s microphone solely to enable audio recording within the app.
- Audio recordings are stored locally on your device or within your iCloud storage
- Recordings are never transmitted to Evergreen Pixels LLC or any third party
- Microphone access is only used when you actively choose to record audio
3. File Access
Replay Studio allows you to import audio files from your device.
- Files you import remain on your device or within your iCloud storage
- Evergreen Pixels LLC does not access, scan, or transmit your files outside of the app
4. iCloud Storage and Sync
Replay Studio uses Apple’s iCloud services to store and sync your soundboards and audio files across devices signed into the same Apple ID.
- Data is stored in your personal iCloud account
- Syncing occurs through Apple’s secure infrastructure
- Evergreen Pixels LLC does not have access to your iCloud data
- Your data is subject to Apple’s privacy and security policies

5. Data Security
All data created or used within Replay Studio is stored locally on your device or within your iCloud account. Evergreen Pixels LLC does not operate any external servers or databases for user data.
6. Third-Party Services
Replay Studio does not use third-party services that collect or process user data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Replay Studio does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or users of any age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
